Shipping & Returns
Most orders leave our workshop within 3-5 business day after an order is placed. We ship most orders via USPS—some larger packages ship via UPS or FedEx. Orders shipped via USPS arrive within 1-3 business days and orders shipped via UPS/FedEx arrive within 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our workshop. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!*
*Excludes wholesale orders which take up to 10-20 business days to produce.
We send most international packages via First Class International Mail. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at GardenArt Candle Co. has no control over these circumstances.
Refunds + Exchanges
At GardenArt Candle Co. all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to GardenArt Candle Co. within 7 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
